We recently had James @ Iron Horse install handrails on the front of our home, to complete the rock steps previously added. We had a lot of questions about the job, and material options as well as design. James answered everyone in a timely and respectful way. He came out and measured, gave us a bid and had to work around several issues . The finished product was outstanding and looked so much better than we even imagined! James at Iron Horse runs his business with a level of professionalism that is rare these days, paying attention to every detail. He is a master craftsman and takes great care and pride in his work to make sure that it’s not only perfect, but that we were completely satisfied. James did an excellent job helping to design, fabricate, and install my new front porch stair railing. He was patient and informative giving visual aids of options he thought would be unique and appropriate for my house. He was thorough with measurements and meticulous to finish the railing just right. The added curb appeal and positive comments I get from neighbors is a bonus!

Was going to DIY pool fence and had materials priced. Saw an ad on fb for Iron Horse Wood and and Metal Works. James offered a FREE quote, so I thought, what the heck. Within 24 hours he was poolside discussing options. After 30 minutes of measuring, he gave me a quote that night. Crazy, he did my odd shaped pool fence request, with real steel vs aluminum. The cost was about ten percent more than the supplies would have cost me! Fabulous quality craftsmanship! Never reached out to anyone else for a second quote

James Fry, of Iron Horse Wood and Metal Works, and his crew did an outstanding job on our railing. He’s very knowledgeable, always on time, and does what he says he will do. He has a creative mind and good problem-solving skills so he figured how to install railing on our stairway and bridge, which was not an easy feat! We highly recommend him if you have a need for this type of fabrication and installation. He really is skilled and dedicated, and a very ambitious guy.
